Two Hundred Workout

This workout consists of 8 sets of each exercise twenty reps each movement. 

1.    Jump Rope
2.    Push-ups
3.    Standing Squats
4.    Bicep curls
5.    Tricep dips
6.    Scissor kicks (abs)
7.    Flat Plank

The idea for this workout it to complete each exercise without any rest in between each set.
