Best Five Minute Workout by Micheal Chang on YouTube

I have found this high intensity workout to be most interesting.  I have integrated this into my regular workout schedule.  I have improvised on the exercises a bit but still I must say very effective! 
For increased intensity, try this with your weight vest strapped on.  Super Intense!
